Fancy ass hotel with a great view. Breakfast is not buffet style but it is still good if you like western or Japanese style. Staff is super friendly but not the best English. Would recommend staying here.

A very relaxing and excellent stay. Staff service and amenities are great, and the views off the balcony are lovely with the harbour lit up at night. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't eat here, so can't comment on that, but the cocktails from the lounge bar were good.

An extraordinary lodging experience in Kobe, especially great service for female guests, gorgeous view to port of bathroom with amazing comfortable bathtub, most important is professional staff who are kind and being really helpful, will come back to stay again for sure.

말이 필요없다. 하버랜드가 보이는 호텔이라니 끝났음. 야경이 압도적으로 아름답고, 밤에 바깥을 바라보며 자쿠지에서 즐기는 스파는 황홀할 지경이다.
일식 조식은 어지간한 간사이 지방 식당에서 먹어보기 힘들 정도의 정갈한 한 상이었으며, 룸에서 제공되는 로즈 아로마는 여독을 풀기에 최상이다. 모든 시스템이 숙박객의 편의를 위해 맞춰진 느낌. 비싸더라도 1박이라도 꼭 지내볼만한 곳이다.response / report this review -

Fabulous hotel. The rooms are huge and the jacuzzi bath is the perfect way to finish/start the day. I love the fact that most of the stuff is included. Free movies, free wifi. No nickle and diming like some other 4+ star places.
