Located in the station building. Small rooms and expensive. Good breakfast. Average WiFi internet connectivity.

Really convenient location. Close to all sorts of food, as well as a few malls and arcades. Very close to a bakery and the portliner to the kobe zoo. The view was very nice and the room was nice. I liked it a lot.

Very easy and convenient hotel to get to. Easy checkin and checkout. Wonderful hotel, nice and clean, comfortable beds and great location.

Convenient location inside Kobe's main station sannomiya. Small rooms (as it is usually the case in japan's western hotels), but affordable prices, making it a good choice for short stays in the city.

Good location. It's just above the train station, very convenient for traveller. However, the hotel room fee is very pricy.

Good location, right next to Sannomiya station. Rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms are quite small. Service was good from staff

Location can't be beat. Very lively neighbourhood and if you're travelling, you can be in Osaka in under an hour. Walking distance to hundreds of shopping or dining establishments. Service is friendly. Beds are a little uncomfortable. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
