A good budget hotel in Osaka, with a great location and very cheap.
Be warned though, the beds in the "capsule rooms" have mattresses that are horrible for those used to western beds.
Their western style beds are nice and comfortable though, but I'm not sure on their futons.
The public bath (for men) is great to relax in at the end of a day of adventure after a big meal and maybe a little too much sake (yes I'm guilty of being a little drunk while relaxing in an onsen - but I lived).
Overall - I'd stay here again on a budget, but never again in a capsule room - AKA bed of nails.

Cheap and old and dirty but Cheap! The toilets on each floor reek and the outdoor bath for women on the first floor should be avoided. However the first floor toilets near the reception are newish and ask for the key to the shower rooms on the first floor(for women)when you need to shower. There is a supermarket to the right of the hotel(past the family mart) which sells cheap prepared food. You can walk to any of the fun surrounding areas from the hotel and save on $. Spa World is a good onsen spot for a reasonable price..its just a few minutes walk away. There is a little coffee shop, that does a 350yen morning service of coffee, roll with butter and jam and boiled egg. Its left at the hotel reception, straight down to the end of the road as if going to Don Quixote. They have english menus too.

It is what it is. Capsule rooms with thin mattresses and a gap between the top of the door and the ceiling. It's loud, sound carries and it's close to the train station.

Great location next to train station form airport. Plenty of convenient stores around that area. The room is OK clean and each Capsule has curtain TV alam clock. bathroom on the tenth floor for male. the room's door is not in full length leave some space open on top but can't peak from the outside. Overall ok as the location, cleanliness, and price.
