Worst hotel stay ever. Hotel room was very small for a family of 4, toilet and carpet was dirty, air-conditioning was full of dust, and there was only a small air filter that was at the side of the bed which obviously couldn't do a good job with its small capacity. Pillow was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, no mineral water was provided, and they only had two hangers in the closet. Only good thing about the hotel was the polite staff. However, as comfort and cleanliness are the main priorities for me, I am only giving this hotel one star. Definitely will not recommend to any families with young children coming to Osaka.

Check in was easy, but finding the location as a first timer took quite awhile. Location is very close to other your spots after you figure out how close the hotel is to everything

Would definitely stay again. Spacious, light rooms. Powerful shower, good air conditioning and in a good location. Only downside was the hard bed. But our friends didn't have the same issue so this might have been just ours.
We didn't prebook breakfast but were able to pay on the day. There's a good variety so you're likely to find something you want and pancakes were lovely.

Booked the first night for the reasonably priced 8200 yen. Asked for a second night and they wanted 2.5 times that (20000). Shared the room with a friend who misplaced his key. They charged him another 1000 yen. The staff are incapable and the management guileless.

元はワンルームマンションでしょうか。流しがあったり、トイレバスがセパレートだったりします。ただ、ビジネスホテルとしてみると20平米くらいの部屋にベッドを中心としたレイアウトは広く使える。最上階の大浴場が1つだけなので男女入れ替えで時間制限があるところは若干使いにくい。ただ、遅い時間と朝市の時間は男なので、ニーズには合っている。
ベッドがチョイ固め。布団派としてはしっくり来る固さだった。
