Everything is good, toilet amenities are sufficient. However, it will be good to supply bottled water for guests in the rooms.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Rooms come with a lot of amenities and toiletries. However, bottled water could be provided.

Great hotel close to Jr Namba or Daikokucho subway. Staff very helpful with good English. Assisted a silly traveller with recovering a bag from JR left behind with professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

just 3min walk from diakokucho subway and 10min from Nanhai Namba. Two supermarket Life and 玉出 nearby.

Didn't stay much in the hotel, but room size is acceptable. 10 minutes on foot to Namba Station, quite convenient for the night before departure.

Location wasn't bad, short walk to subway station. Room was for the most part clean, but it was dusty and we found spots in the washroom that were not cleaned. Space was tight, but that's to be expected at this price range. Wifi speed and signal was good from room.

Richmond hotels are always not so expensive. This is located in pretty much middle of the city. 1 stop to city center (Namba).

Although not so close to the popular Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori, there are good shopping places around (Japanese cartoon related or appliances or small goods on Sennichimae or department store above Nankai station). Room is great. Personal ammenities are fully provided including bath powder and lotion etc. Service is good, English ok. BTW there is a cheap and yummy shushi store next door. Highly recommend.

My family like everything about this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Facilities are new and roomy. Cleanliness and comfort are excellent. it is worth every Yen. Location is very good. Just 1 station from Namba station, near Kura Sushi, Life supermarket, 7-11, Lawson, CoCoICHIBANYA.

Great spacious rooms. Comfy bed and nice bathrooms. Lovely staff. Good breakfast buffet. Close to subway station. Laundry facilities are good. Overall great place to stay. Highly recommend
