Great hotel with wonderful service and location. The views from the rooms are astonishing, and the prices are according to what you receive. It's the best option to stay in Osaka. With your staying you get a pass to visit the Abeno Harukas Observatory! Don't miss it!

Must to say that it was one of the best hotels I stayed. The room was spacious and quite. The bed was very comfortable. They have friendly and informative staff. The location was excellent with attached subway station, Kintetsu department, and many more. It is definitely the hotel to come back.

We went to dinner at the Marriott buffet restaurant called Live Kitchen Cooka. Food selection was diverse and the quality was great. The French cuisine was clearly made by someone with education and experience. The table and children loved the margaritas pizza, which were all made fresh when ordered. They had roast beef carving station and a steak station which made perfect meat. All in all a great experience. We has reservations for my wife's birthday there and the staff correctly spelled her name in chocolate on a plate with the birthday treats. Most of the staff didn't speak English well, but all the signs had English and Japanese text so a gesture to the correct line would clear up most confusion.

A very convenient location in the heart of South of Osaka, it is directly accessible from JR tennnouji station (a few minutes walk) and has an easy access from KIX airport with the JR line. Abeno harukasu is a great landmark and the view is sprended too.

    "OUTSTANDING!!"
This one big word sums it all up!
The staff, the room, the restaurants, the convenience and the most spectacular view of my favorite city.
    I was in heaven!
Although the hotel lobby is easily accessible by the public, I felt very safe because the lobby staff was very attentive, always watching over the guest elevators.
We were greeted everyday by the bell help.
I would like to give a special shout out to one special young lady who stood out among the rest:
Ms. Azumi Otsuka is your "SHINING STAR"! Her radiant smile is very heartwarming. She does her job well with friendliness and sincere kindness. Thank you! Azumi san.
You made our stay Perfect!! :)
    See you again!!

Upscale, well kept rooms and 5 star service. My only complaint is the elevator situation is a little irritating - you have to take a public elevator to the hotel floor and then walk 300m to the private elevators. It's a hassle to get in and out of your rooms in the morning / evenings, but there is probably little that Marriott can do to resolve this.

Great hotel, definitely the best marriott from what I have been at. Rooms are modern with floor to ceiling glass windows, reminds me of high end high rise apartments in japan (not to sure about the color coordination - green carpets?)
    Gym has all the basics.
    Breakfast is good
