Staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful! Also walking distance to Dotonbori. Good value for money!

Good and conveniente position, near namba, nankai station ( Airport and koyasan line) jr-namba station (Nara) and dotonbori , 10 minutes walk. About 1 hour from Kyoto with 1 chance in tennoji, from imamiya st. taking jr haruka for jrpass holder.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean and large for a hotel in Osaka at this price. It was an excellent location, close to Namba shopping and entertainment and to Tennoji. We will be staying at this hotel again. It was very good value.

This was our first stop on our 4 city tour of Japan. we arrived last -almost midnight - and we were greeted with a smiling face who quickly checked us in. staff had basic English and we had no trouble communicating. they happily arranged luggage transfer to our next hotel and that arrived with no problem. the breakfast was simple and very nice. rooms were clean and basic with the amenities we needed. we will definitely return to this hotel if in osaka again. it was only a short walk to dontonbori and there was a train station close by. we loved it ❤❤

Clean and comfortable but our room was on a corner or the building and was a little cold. Very friendly and accommodating staff, basic complimentary breakfast. Good food available nearby and very quick to walk or train to the central shopping and attractions.

Great service here. Professional, polite and courteous. Free wifi and a delicious breakfast with an assortment of bread, jam, juice, tea, coffee, and some other delicious treats. Very accessible and easy to find. Peaceful and quiet location. You won't regret staying here. Well done.

Stayed here with friends when I bought a package for my Osaka Trip. The place is lovely ! Lots of amenities provided and is absolutely worth the price we paid. The location is very near the station which makes travelling easy as well.

Very friendly staffs, free breakfast, laundry facilities, free wifi, spacious room with stove, microwave and 8 minutes walk to Namba area where all the foods stores, shops and train station.
