Excellent service and room. I particularly like the soft but plush shower. Room size is moderate for hotel in this area. Location is very convenience due to proximity with Ginza and Imperial Palace. A nice 5 km run around Imperial Palace is just 7-8 minutes from hotel front. Many restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Large rooms, central (okay) location. Good for business meetings.
Rooms are large for Japan but the hotel in general feels opulent 80s.
The food at the top lunch buffet shop is rather nice is not a touch pricey.
This hotel is in need of dire renovations if it wants to be relevant in by the 2020 Olympics.
As mentioned central is an okay location for tourists wanting to be close to the imperial palace. Otherwise this is a business hotel, and is somewhat inconvenient unless business is next door.

I was not impressed. The hotel is very nice, but the service seemed to be very stressed out. They wouldn't let me do early/ late check out. Everything seemed rushed and stressful here. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff are polite and helpful. The room is clean and it provides everything from a tooth brush to pajamas! If I ever have the chance I will stay at this hotel again.

Very nice, clean, and quite spacious rooms. The staff is overtly polite and very efficient. The location is great, right downtown close to the imperial palace and park.

Beautiful serene and large rooms. Excellent staff. The mostly friendly and curteous staff ever! Splendid restaurants. You feel like royalty there. Make sure you check out their souvenir gourmet shop.

Outstanding hotel and outstanding service. Location is perfect. Rooms are big, lovely and clean. Free wi-fi was working perfectly. You can chose where you have your breakfast, but both restaurant we tried were amazing. I would recommend this hotel for a leisure trip, but also for a business trip as they helped us organize several business meetings in the hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Fabulous hotel with outstanding amenities and service. Breakfast buffet was included with room was lavish and delicious.
Only disappointments were one of the hotel restaurants; la Brasserie and one of their bars; Old Imperial. la Brasserie had bland entrees the size appetizers and somewhat indifferent service. Old Imperial served me a 3 oz margarita for $21. Not a bad tasting drink though.

This is a classic hotel with 125 years of history. the staff was marvelous that they would try everything to make my stay comfortable. As being established to meet the need of growing foreign tourists back then, their room is spacious and has great view over the hustling Tokyo city. The hotel as its name appears, situated right opposite the Imperial Palace, highly recommend to those who love to run the Palace!
