Air-conditioning broke in our room but the room was super high quality with great beds, service, internet and TV. Would highly recommend for a premium experience with a great lakeside view.

Hotel is beautiful but dated. Rooms are very spacious and the view is gorgeous. Only down side is it seems you have to pay for everything. 500yen table charge in the lounge 1000yen for pool. For a hotel this size they should be encluded.

Mediocre at best. It's a hot June and their pool is not open until July 1st. The 37th floor breakfast buffet is okay but the lower floor Japanese breakfast is terribly salty, barely edible. No bathhouse available and sign to the lake is hard to find. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, nothing for them to do.

The room was a little dated but very clean and spacious with great views of the lake. Excellent breakfast buffet, with local specialties. The staff were very helpful too in providing extra assistance for our small baby.

バンケットの食事はボリュームがあり、しかも美味しかったです。 交通の便は今一つですが、昼間なら琵琶湖を間近で望め、見晴らしもいいですよ。

I like the location because it is near the lake so the view is awesome. But I don't like the drinks so much.

A good hotel, only 10-15 minutes walk from JR station. You can rent a bicycle here and make a nearby city tour around the lake.
