I booked a Wadi Rum tour from Valentine Inn, and ended up in 7 piller campsite. Tour cost 40 JD (transfer from Petra to Wadi Rum village cost 8 JD) When we arrived at 7 piller camp office around 9am, they serve us tea and little snacks. Owner Auda told us if we want to go more 3 places in geep tour, cost extra 10 JD for each, and camel ride is 10 JD, lunch box is 5 JD. We had time for walking around to see Nabatean temple and spring, buy some snacks and water before leave for geep tour. Lunch box in Jordan is very simple, so better buy yourself from market. We left camp office around noon with geep, then did camel ride. It was easy and fan, worth the cost. Extra 3 places was also fan, went to sand dunes, Nabatean inscriptions, Lowens house which has good view. Geep tour was around 3 to 4 hours, I totally recommend to do it. We arrived at camp site around 4:30, spent some relaxing time with owner's family. We walked around 20 mins to see sunset from good spot, but it seems good view from the campsite as well. Dinner was BBQ chicken and some salad, a lot of tomato and potato. It was delicious enough. Owner was in campsite but he was busy, his family was caring about us nicely. Our beds were ok, felt some pipes on my back (they should improve the matress). In the morning, we ate breakfast at campsite, I think arrived camp office around 9am. We came to Aqaba from Wadi Rum, owner arranged a taxi and paid 25 JD total. I think this is overcharged. Overall, it was good experience and relaxing. But should try to get discount for extra geep tour spots since not worth to pay 10 JD for each passenger for this.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay in this lovely hotel.
People are friendly and the place is super cool, filled with students .
It's definitely a good choice for travellers with a strict budget.

We were there in January, it was really cold, nowhere was written that there is extra fee for heating, so we got cold after staying here. Also towels were dirty. Food was good, but you can find better in Wadí Musa for that price. I prefer normal door to bathroom, you couldnt have your time in the toilet. WiFi was just downstairs.

Standard cold dorm room experience - you get what you pay for so that wouldn't be one star. One star because there is a major FIRE SAFETY HAZARD. They lock you in the hotel at night and you are unable to leave. Both the front door and the emergency exit on the ground floor is locked an unable to be opened.

Fortunately, we just discovered this when we wanted to leave early to see the sunrise at Petra. We attempted to leave at 5:30 but found the front door locked, and then searched the whole ground floor and found all the exits locked. Randomly, an employee woke up and we asked them to unlock the door. They asked why, and we said we were going to Petra. They said Petra isn't open yet (by this point it was 5:40 and Petra is a 20 minute walk and opens at 6, so this was incorrect). We convinced them to unlock the door and let us out. Regardless, it should NOT matter why we want to leave the hotel. We should always be able to get out. If there was a fire, no one would be able to get out.

I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel even though it is a cheap price.

Cheap hostel in Petra. If you go by bus they have a shuttle that will drive to the hostel. They also provide a shuttle to go to Petra (7 am and 8 am) and to go back to the hostel (4pm and 5pm). Beds are ok, and bathroom in the dorms also good (in dorm two water drips and the silk doesn't work good, bring flipflops). Hot water only from 5 to 7 am, and from 5 to 7 pm. Breakfast 3 dinnars is ok and dinner for 5 dinnars is a buffet, but limited Wifi only in the hall, the bad thing is that it is a smoke area and lot of smoke there if you want to use wifi or eat there. They charge half dinar for toilet roll and 1 dinar everytime you ask for a towel (and they ask to give it back as soon as you use it). Staff is ok, good atmosphere. For the price it is a great option in Petra.

They offer free rides to petra and good prices to Wadi Rum. The dorm room price is great, can't beat 5 JD a night but be aware - the rooms are FREEZING AND THERE'S NO HEAT. The water pressure sucks, warm water (not hot) is only available for 4 hours throughout the day in the dorm room and they don't even have locks for the bathroom. The dinner is buffet style, so it's great that you can eat as much as you want, but it's the same thing night after night so it can get boring fast and in my opinion, not worth 5JD. I am not a smoker so having to inhale secondhand smoke in the common area bc WiFi was not available anywhere else and bc it's the only area where there was HEAT sucks. The owner was also a little condescending which I did not appreciate. One star - WILL NOT RETURN.

Been in dorm.

Shower dirty, room cold, buffet food warmed up for several days in a row and last but not least, booked a desert tour all included but eventually you have to pay extra for transportation and luggage.

In summary: not reliable and dishonest.

I agree with other guests. It's a nice hotel/hostel but the heating in winter is a problem as well as the lukewarm showers.

I was here a week in January. This is the coldest I have ever been. Very limited heat in room. There is also limited hot water, never cut the cold water only and it was bearly warm. The good side of this was the dinner meal it was great and plentiful.

This is 1 of those reviews I wish Google did a scale of 1-10. 3 seems too harsh, 4 too generous. Call this 3 1/2.

This place is not luxury by any means but if like me you just want to stay somewhere cheap than it's fine. It was 5.50 for a dorm room. There is free wi-fi which works in main reception area and is quick enough. I arrived by Jett bus from Amman and there was a van there ready to pick me up. It's in the centre of Wadi Musa. To walk from there to visitors centre for Petra is about 20 minutes.

They charge 5 dinar for an all you can get eat banquet in the evening and I have to say it's really good. Wadi Musa is dear to eat out so it's decent enough value.
The manager does push tours and such like a bit too much for my liking but I didn't have the issues that others had below in other reviews. If you want more stay somewhere more expensive. This is a place where you very much get what you pay for.

For 2 days it did the job.

Cheap hostel with friendly staff and a great value buffet dinner. Downsides are that the room smelt of smoke, heating costs extra, the bathroom was tiny, and the bathroom floor stays wet from the shower.

Well it's an average accommodation and has a good price and decent internet but I didn't like how hard they sell us stuff at very unfair prices (lying at times) so I'm giving it a below average review. Also they weren't very helpful with calling airport regarding our lost luggage. Made us wait about 30-40 minutes to use the phone and lied saying the number isn't working. We discovered later it works and they just didn't want to pay for being on hold. They tried to make us pay for the electricity bill but we argued he phone doesn't use electricity. They also do not provide toilet paper and soap. No hot water. Don't get the dinner. Restaurants in town aren't expensive like they said.
