  I cannot give a one star to this place
  It was not same as pictures. And overprices, room was very old, dirty, too small. So i complain about this, but he said that if i pay more, he give me a more bigger room. But i do not want that. So i request a refund, and i told him i will give him a fee for cancellation. But he did not give me any money. (I paid for 2 days) plz do not go here, if you want to have a good memory of jordan.

  DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Horrible management canceled our room prior to arrival and the next day claimed we didn't show up.

  Stay away. Changement of fee, from 16 jod to 80 jod and transfer to another accomodation!

  Nice hotel.. comfortable bed and bath. Clean room. Although food is expensive at the hotel, it is adviseable to just go to town to eat.

  Slept in room 204. Toilet seat is broken, telephone not working, no toilet paper (need to take lift down to reception to get toilet paper.) air con not working, day time very hot. room heater not working, night time very cold. Friends in room 202 had broken toilet bowl and Tv that wasn't working too. At night temperature in room about 15 degrees. Hotel lobby filled with cigarette smoke. Food in restaurant takes 40 mins to cook when there is no other customer.

  Old fashioned and a bit simple, but really nice! The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful in arranging taxis, blow driers, etc, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended budget hotel.

  The building quality is not the best things not always work or they remain in your hands. It's cheap and the ppl are nice.

  Overlooks the mountains of Petra (though from afar) rooms are clean with a better selection of international channels.

  Had an amazing scrub down and Turkish steam after a long day walking in Petra! Lovely lovely people.
