Very nice hotel. Room was clean and people were friendly. Pool on the roof looked nice, although I did not use.

BBQ on the roof was very good - both the setting and the food - but be warned one order of the BBQ is enough for 2 people.

Breakfast buffet was fine - it was a buffet.

Location is excellent - 3 minute walk from the visitors center makes it really easy to get an early start or head back in the evening for Petra at night.

Hotel can get tickets for Petra at night.

Close to entrance to Petra. The hotel has beautiful view, I guess both sides, as my view was toward the Petra entrance, but there are mountains around. Room was small and more or less comfortable in order to spend one night. Huge disappointment was with the food, could find any eatable food during breakfast and dinner and ate at the square of the main entrance of the Petra visitors center as there are some decent places with Arabic food.

Very poor hotel dirty and I would advise not to stay here, zero stars. Location is just apposite entrance of Petra entrance. Stay away for this!!!!

Decent buffet dinner, a bit shady in how they operate it. The first guy asked for 18 jod per person, the second offered it for 15, then agreed to 13. I wonder does the price depend on your outfit.

Beautiful hotel. All the amenities were near and clean. A typical Oasis in the desert. Good food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Petra,one of the wonders of the world.

Comfortable, quaint and tidy. I felt like it was a worthwhile place to stay so that one could be right outside of the park. Obviously proximity to Petra makes this spot top notch. I give it 4 stars because its a little on the older side. Could use small renovations. Beer is expensive all around this community and I don't think it was served at this specific hotel, although they have a great roof top sitting area. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and great staff. Room was perfect for our time in Petra. Easy walking distance to the ruins and local restaurants.
Would highly recommend for anyone!

A word of caution to families: food (even breakfast) is not included in the cost of the room and kids do not eat for free. I have twin toddlers and will have to pay for them even for breakfast - which is annoying. But what is much worse for me is that the pool has no shallow end! The whole thing is 170cm. Terrible for toddlers who don't yet know how to swim but very much WANT to swim.

On the other hand, the staff is very nice. The views are amazing from the roof and you're right next to Petra's entrance.

Poor free wifi, very slow, can only connect one device, poor dinner, no appetite at all, staff not very helpful, no smile. Acceptable bathroom utility, noisy fan. Bad hot water pot. No TV channel guide, air conditioner doesn't work.
