Decent hotel that was arranged for us as part of a tour. Plenty of hot water in the shower, WiFi worked great, nice big room and bed, great sunset view overlooking Wadi Musa. There was actually a pool in the basement which was unexpected! Buffet served for dinner and breakfast, and they offer lunch boxes for your day trip into Petra. Short 5 minute walk down the hill to downtown with more restaurant options, ATMs, and shops.

The room was comfortable and clean, with soft beds. The dinner buffet isn't great and beer horrifically expensive (10JD a can!) if you buy in the hotel but the breakfast was alright. Staff were helpful and friendly too.

Very poor, hotel shabby and in need of revamp. Pictures do not indicate reality and I would go as far to say it is false advertising.. neither roof terrace or pool were available and buffet is of very poor quality.

The moment we arrived our rooms were not ready and to wait 2 hours, by the time it becomes ready we realize that our pillows have no cases. The worst part of this hotel was the dinner at the rooftop restaurant were it took 1 hour just to bring a burger and some basic starters like hummus and labaneh, it gets worse that they bring one starter short. The management refused to give me a small discount for the dinner on check out, very poor management. I discourage anyone coming to this hotel and I certainly wouldn't return again.

There are no locks on the bathroom! Expensive price for the food and it is really not the best you can get. The room's bathroom can be cleaner. The location is good, that's it.

Big And Clean Rooms.. Nice Breakfast, had gone in winter so heater worked fine in the room and lobby.. amazing view from the room.. perfect location

We had a great time at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, food is pretty good, and it is well located if you're visiting Petra. If it is not cloudy or too windy, the rooftop is amazing with great views. Best of all, manager Ibrahim showed us a great time and personalized experience. We would stay again.
