  The beautiful, charming and classic hotel is in a great location. The staff are welcoming, professional, and friendly! I am impressed with the excellent service and I feel comfortable here. When in Rome next year, I plan to stay again! The amenities range from dependable shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, and a free travel companion cell phone. Keep up that outstanding service & bravo, The Duke Hotel!

  THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF ARE FIRST CLASS AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM.. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.. THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND THE SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS FIRST CLASS ALSO AGAIN NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WORKED VERY WELL AND THE DRIVERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I WOULD CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN

  Hotel is good. The rooms are spatious and very clean. There is a very good bed and bathroom. Also the air cooling system is good. The breakfast is not so good with old bread and poor coffee.

  Great breakfast and a very comfy bed. The included minibus service to and from Piazza del popolo is so handy, connecting you to the metro and all the tourist hotspots.

  Great room, service at front desk is also brilliant. Breakfast offered in the morning and shuttle buses to Piazza del Poplo every half an hour. Loved our stay here.

  I wouldn't even call this a hotel just a place that rents out broom closets. No AC thin floors and walls so your hear everything. Worst place I have ever stayed in. Staff is horrible and the rudest we experienced in Italy. I wouldn't stay here again if the flew me back and offered to pay for everything. Stay away Stay away stay away

  Awful customer service. Partner and I were referred to a restaurant by the hotel receptionist where we were food poisoned. We spent the following night and day in bed being sick - when we called to ask for some more water bottles to be sent upstairs, the receptionist asked us to go downstairs to collect them as there were no staff available. We were taken to hospital in an ambulance and not even asked how we were feeling the following day.

  Hotel location is a little out of town, not far from the under ground station and bus services. Free shuttle bus to city but had to be pre-booked as hard to arrange.

  Just arrived with 3 month old. Looking good so far. Staff have been really helpful up to arrival, sorting car seat for their free transfer bus, making sure twin room and providing cot. Only suggestion currently is have someone who can take your bags from the front door on arrival, rather than carting them into hotel, there appears to be space to do this.
  Hotel is beautifully decorated and clean
