Not bad. Wi-Fi is not present everywhere or it's weak signal. Rooms are old, they deserve reconstruction.

We were re-booked here after our original hotel couldn't take us in. Overall, it seems like an okay hotel, but you lose a few things because of what I assume is a cheap price. The location isn't great, you have to walk ~10 minutes to the metro and then ride about 5-10 minutes to get anywhere, or walk ~5 minutes to the nearest bus stop and hope the bus shows up.

The room was large and relatively clean, there was a queen bed and a single twin that we did not use. I realized about a day into our stay that the twin bed smelled of urine and everything I had put on it took on that smell, which was pretty disgusting.

The service was good, the people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay, stale croissants and breakfast cake. The hotel was, in general, very quiet and we slept pretty well because of that.

Though we expected wifi given the posted wifi passwords around the hotel, we had absolutely no wifi signal in our room.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Colazione cornetti di plastica no salato. Moquette sporca. Coperte con macchie Non definibili.Personale sgradevole e malconcio. Televisore Non funzionante.Mobili rotti. Stanze Non insonorizzate. Stanze a piano terra sotto livello strada.

L'hotel è un 3 stelle dai molti aspetti positivi: i prezzi sono bassi, le camere sono silenziose e ben pulite, l'impianto di riscaldamento è efficiente e la copertura Wi-Fi è ottima anche nelle camere, oltreché gratuita. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, non distante dalla metro (Bologna) e dai bus che portano al centro.
Insoddisfacente, purtroppo, la colazione: sia in termini di qualità che di varietà.

Can you imagine a hotel in which, coming back from dinner on the second night, you'll see another guest coming out of your room and all you personal stuff displayed on a heap on the lobby table ? Can you imagine being moved from a normal room to a 2nd rank dusty basement room, with only two small high-pitched translucent-only windows, without having been warmed and surely not asked ? And that all without any financial compensation or a minimum of apologies Well, I couldn't either Welcome in Hotel Silva !
