I've been very disappointed. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but it is a joke! Room looks like from a 2 star hotel. Few amenities available in the bathroom, no minibar, old mattress. Everything would need deep renovation. Staff is unfriendly. I keep the second star for the quality of the breakfast on the 9th floor terrace with a beautiful view on the city.

Friendly, attentive staff that all speak English very well in this wonderful butique hotel. There hotel is located right downtown and is perfect to walk to see many of the attractions Rome has to offer. The breakfast and bar on the roof patio is a pleasant environment. The room I stayed in was small, but very nice. I enjoyed my visit.

The decor and staff were nice, the AC worked great, however the bed was the traditional Italian hard mattress and we had a claw foot tub (that was cool, except) that ran the shower and the tub and both were on running regardless of which you were trying to use. The water was hotter coming out of the faucet when taking a shower than out of the shower head?!? Otherwise linens were nice and changed when asked, coffee pot worked ect. Overall not a bad experience at all and you can't beat the location

If you're looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this probably isn't where you should book. The service was 5 star, but everything else was not. The rooms are clean but for some reason the bathroom faucet seemed dirty/old. The beds weren't 5 star quality either. There is a bar/lounge and restaurant on the top floor of the restaurant and you can hear the loud music all night. Location is great. I mean, this place is good, but 4 star at best; for the price, definitely take your money elsewhere. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Location is perfect with a short walking distance to many of Rome's finest attractions. Service has been brilliant from reception through to cleaners. Room we were given as honeymoons was brilliant. Provided with a very spacious junior suite.

We had an excellent family room with two levels. The bathroom was not spacious. The terrace on the roof has really good views. All the staff are helpful, friendly, smiley and courteous. The location is perfect for discovering Rome on foot.

Female staff are friendly. Location is perfect. Not a 5 star hotel. the lobby is nice. Rooms just like a small motel. I would not stay again in this hotel unless I really really have to.
