Charming hotel in the middle of Rome close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was a little dated but that is pretty typical of European rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with requests. Lots of breakfast options.

I stayed here last summer when I came to Rome and had the nicest time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is really cool. Great breafast and pretty views. I've stayed at other hotels near the termini; this one is my favorite so far.

Good location, close to train station, hotel is 4 star, it is clean and comfortable, booked a superior room which has a balcony, and a hydrotherapy shower which didn't really work. Staff are very friendly. Rooftop terrace was a bit of a let down as it is edged with big plants that completely obstruct the view of the city.

Terrible hotel- VERY loud due to metro shaking the hotel all day/ night long. Bed uncomfortable and large headboard right above your pillow. Do not recommend at all

Nice place, very antique in it's decor, but very basic in its services. Breakfast was limited, but decent in catering. Very friendly service and very upfront about the new tax rule.
All in all, an enjoyable place and prime spot (less than 5 minutes from Rome Termini station).

A great hotel in best position between Termini and the historic center. The stuff is very friendly and the hotel has the known italian charm. Especially the roof-deck is very nice for taking drinks or coctails in the evening or for the breakfast in the morning. The brackfast has international standard, not the typical small mediterranean breakfast.
The prices are more than adequate.
Only one negative point I have to write - the smell in our room was very fulfilled with industrial air freshener. This smell was too sweet and really penetrating.
I can reccommend this hotel to everybody!

Room recently updated, but in disrepair. Leaky shower, wood damage, non working outlet. Noisy area with little sound insulation. Breakfast marginal at best. With a little effort to finish the room(s), and some TLC, could be a 4 star rating. Location is a plus

Fantastic hotel for a city break. Close to the train station and metro for transport around Rome and to/from the airport. Staff are very polite and friendly and all spoke good English. Room itself was a little small, but still had everything you could need. Large choice of quality items at breakfast.
