Someone stoled 550 euro from my room. No surveilance camera was in the hotel. Nobody saw the incident. Do not trust someone in the hotel, do not let money and another things in the room.

Bedrooms were nice albeit the bathrooms were a little dated. Staff at the front desk were simply rude, unhelpful and incompetent. This was not just one individual but a common theme across both daytime and night staff. Breakfast was included in the room price but was extremely basic. We ate dinner one night in the hotel restaurant which was by far the worst meal of our trip, odd dishes, cheap ingredients and poorly cooked - can't say I've had risotto using basmati rice before

Overall the bedrooms at a push might merit 4 star status, but the staff attitude and food put this hotel firmly in the 2/3 star category

The hotel was nice, room was big enough. Our room had a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, which was great. The beds were comfortable, all in all good. The problem in the room was the lack of plugin. We had 6 devices that needed charging and there were 3 plugins 2 in the room and one in the bathroom and one of the two in the room was not working. In the evening we asked for a solution and we were told tha only the day shift can help us. Another reason for the rating er at the front desk employee were not prepared with transportation information, busy and hurrying us if we needed more details. The last reason is the food at the restaurant was . Unacceptable, we Complained and it took forever to talk with the chef or someone that can provide us some sort of solution. It were many people that complained about the food. The breakfast was very nice and divers.

The hotel was nice and clean but a bit far from the town if you didn't have a car. Otherwise, I was disappointed about the service from the staff, they were long to serve at the restaurant and the bar ( like 30 minutes when I was in the lobby waiting to see a waiter and to order him something to drink ). Morever, the lack of informations and the bad explanations about some car and spa services gave me some frustration during my holidays. But the city is really magical so let's go, and visit Rome !
