Nice rooms, awesome breakfast

Tourist trap From outside, the internet and the lobby it seems to be a modern hotel, but the reality it's much different. Old, pretty old rooms. At least it's clean. The restaurant it's a joke. The pasta was undercooked (not al dente), the side dishes were not existent and the main dish was meator..meat! Plastic chairs, table service to the minimum. The room AC didn't workeven after setting it to 1°CLoL! It's really a depressing hotel. The views are to the industrial harbour or slum nice! The façade of the building is also deteriorated. They were supposed to have renovated everything till January 2015 but it seems it never happened. The pictures on the internet (the good ones!) are from the renovation project. If you canlook elsewhere!

The hotel is situated in the harbour area. Not to far from city center. The room was great (was a suit). The breakfast is good. The receptionist were very professional and suggested a very good restaurant (Mudù)

Very pleasant staff. Especially the Russian-speaking girls at the reсeption - very helpful.
All issues were solved very quick. Positive emotions about hotel at all.
Location is not far of the center of Palermo and historical places.

Good location, comfortable bed, clean small room and reasonable price. Very friendly smiling and helpful reception staff.

The only good thing to say about the hotel is the location. It's quite central. However, it's just noisy. There's a big road on the one side and the ac and elevators on the other side. The breakfast is nothing special and the rooms are kind of heartless
