  Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Intercontinental breakfast, lunch and dinner are one of the best in Palermo. Fantastic view from the rooms to the sea. Secure parking place with enough space for everybody. We enjoyed this hotel and wish the owner Marco all the best for the future.

  Not very good view in the deluxe room with sea view, especially in the low floors. Wifi is not working in the new wing where our room is. Noisy insulation is poor, hear everything from corridor and upstairs, which is terrible. On the plus side, room is spacious and nice. Friendly service. Great to have off street secured car park. Nice to have breakfast included.

  La zona é quella che é, prendere o lasciare. Le camere non hanno aria condizionata né wifi, gli arredi sono vecchiotti ma tutto sommato in ordine e puliti. Nelle giornate torride si sente purtroppo la mancanza d'acqua nel frigo bar.
  Ristorante, un incontro breve che non ripaga le aspettative, ma senza dimenticare un plauso al servizio celere e curato.
  In poche parole: un ottimo "piano B" a Palermo.

  Sono le 2 di notte ed ancora non riesco a dormire visto che la struttura ha organizzato una festa di compleanno non curandosi che c è gente che paga per riposare visto che viaggia per lavoro. tra l altro la festa si svolge esattamente sopra la mia camera e dopo varie telefonate alla reception ancora sono sveglia ad aspettare un po di pace. Ma come si fa a gestire un hotel in questo modo?????

  The room itself was nice but the WiFi wasn't working, neither the air conditioning.
  During my one night stay the hotel was hosting a birthday party that blasted high volume music until past midnight. I don't know how often this happen but apparently it can happen.
