Poor location in an area difficult to access and in a bed neighborhood. The four stars do not reflect its quality.

The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc.
For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel. We had a suite and I was expecting a beautiful setup. While the space was nice I don't think it lives up to the luxurious feel that the pictures try to convey.
Checking in process was not courteous at all. They couldn't find our reservation and first simply just said sorry I don't think we have you staying with us. We had to press to look further and when they found it there was not apology.
The ac in the room is extremely loud! And wifi connection barely working. We didn't have any wifi in the upper level.
The breakfast was just average and honestly if you are going to charge someone this much money to stay why then limit only one espresso drink per person and any extra would be added charge. It's a minor point but I think these small things makes a whole lot of difference in having an overall good experience of staying in a luxury hotel.
I would definitely seek out another place to stay next time i am in Palermo.response / report this review -

While this hotel is nice, I felt the reviews for this were misleading. The biggest drawback is the location. We did not feel safe at all walking around the hotel once dark. We parked outside the hotel, as instructed, and often people were found sitting on top of our car throughout the day.
Also, it is extremely loud. Parties in the neighbourhood lasted all night and made it difficult to sleep.response / report this review -

A very elegant hotel. It is adorned with beautiful artwork.

Vicino alla stazione ed al teatro massimo. La Camera deluxe bellissima, vasca ad idromassaggio biposto bellissima, tv, Sky, bella la doccia anche e i divani. Bel soggiorno, bell'hotel. Colazione ottima

I like this place, Ciccio the chef make excellent dishes. I love the chips 🍟 with lime mayonnaise handmade and different selection of wines, sparkling wines and champagne (also spirits and beers)

Friendly staff. Nice room. Good location. If you drive there, be aware that it is in ZTL. And it is hard to fibs way to drive to the hotel. The road is narrow and full of people.
