Nice, big and well equipped meeting room, the hotel is in front of the sea close to Mondello main square. Bedroom are large with bathtub and wonderful seaview

Its ok but its rather old and new combined. Room with seasight and balcony is very nice and clean. However the staff could use some workshop about how to be more helpfull and friendly towards guests. Also the pool was kinda like the green goblin has taken a **** in it.

Lovely Location with beautiful sandy private beach. Unfortunately hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff are very helpful.

Misleading pictures, overpriced, horrible smell, wifi doesn't work properly in rooms, no English speaking channels although the hotel insists it's an international hotel.
The pictures mislead you into thinking that you're right at the beach with a wonderful view when that's not the case at all! Quite the opposite actually. The surrounding area is just as depressing as the hotel. The staff is a disaster, broken English and rude!
I'm not sure if the hotel is closing or why it's in such horrible condition but I suggest you don't waste your money here. It's expensive for no reason and you might as well flush your hard earned money down the toilet.

This place sucks, Trust me it sucks. The pool guy goes on break at 1pm for lunch and the pool completely closes, there no service. I made a mistake for inviting some friends over for ice cream that I purchased, I asked the front desk why is the outdoor seating area closed at 8pm I had friends coming over for ice cream, he told me it closes every night at 8pm with chains on the doors. We are a family of 4 with only 3 pillows in our room. Great location but the worst service ever, would Never stay here again

A great hotel to stay in for the local beaches. Hotel was clean and tidy but needed some cash spending on it. Also it is only 1 of a few reasonably priced hotels in the area. I don't need flashy hotels so for me it was fantastic.

Mondello has been a nice little home away from home for my stay in this area. The hotel offers a great breakfast included and fantastic views. Sadly, the gardens of the palace seem a little run down and there is no access from the hotel directly to the beach, one needs to walk around it on the road. The aircon in the rooms are remotely operated for some crazy reason meaning you need to phone in at information to change the room temperature.

The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable but unfortunately on arrival, we weren't given any sort of welcome or short introduction on the hours of breakfast or local places to visit.

I would recommend Mondello Palace for the views, ease of access to the city and the breakfast.

Not badthough the price is pretty high for what you get. I can see where this hotel used to be "the place", but it has old features that are sort of laughable - like all sorts of push buttons to signal a made or call room service or whatever - they look like it was high tech in 1982. The location is quite nice, though the surrounding area is nowhere I'd want to spend a whole holiday. We used it as a first night after an evening flight in to Palermo. Decent enough town and seaside within walking distance though. Pillows were uncomfortable, though we didn't complain - so maybe they would have been replaced if we'd asked.
