  Bad experience. Never again in this hotel.
  - If you leave the room at 11:00, the room will not be made anymore! After a few days I was forced to buy the toilet paper by myself.
  - Horrible breakfast. After the second day I prefered to do it outside.
  - I brought a person into the room for a couple of hours and they insisted on the extrapay for this. If you do not pay, they would not let you go. They sequester you into the structure until you pay. Ridiculous.
  Never and ever again
  I just hope this is only a problem of this hotel. It is not exactly the Palermo welcome that I would have expected.

  Sul viale Regina Margherita verso Mondello è allocato in una delle ville stile Liberty dei primi del 900. Ambiente accogliente , staff gentile e disponibile. La sala è abbastanza elegante ed adatta a qualsiasi evento. Buono anche il cibo

  Ho organizzato i miei 40 anni, il locale è molto bello, ben arredato e accogliente. In più è presente un'area bimbi con animatrice per chi volesse far giocare i propri piccoli. Basta scelta di pizze e anche di tante altre cose!

  Very accommodating and the restaurant has amazing pizza. This is a great place to stay if you wanted a short walk to the beach in Mondello. Also, there's a great lunch place near the hotel that had great gelato!
