Classic elderly 5 star hotel in the city center, close to shopping and restautants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Old school hotel done in the roccoco style. Service very average, quite run down. Novelty factor of feeling like you're staying in the 16th century!

The good: the location is convenient and central. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is elaborate.
The bad: The hotel is very old and traditional, which may not be your thing. Windows are thin, so you can hear the street noise. The internet is a bit slow, but acceptable. It gets very hot in the breakfast area.
The ugly: the showers are terrible, going from hot to cold and back in seconds. I'd say they're a hazard for young children who may burn themselves.
