The location of this hotel was perfect and at first glance it looks beautiful. However, the minor details that make such experiences perfect were lacking. The rooms were outdated, the lack of tea/coffee facilities, ironing facilities, the shabby state of the room etc impacted on the stay. The staff were all lovely, however such details need to be addressed for a hotel that is rated as four stars.

Beautiful old school hotel right in the heart of Florence. Museums, shopping and great restaurants all within walking distance. Strongly recommend.

Good stay at a great location. There were some initial mix-ups with the room we were staying in, but they staff were very kind and more than happy to make changes. Incredible view from the terrace.

AMAZING VIEW from the rooftop lounge. Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned every day and had very comfortable beds.

This hotel is fabulous! Dating back to the 16th century, it is an elegant and very hospitable place to stay. The staff is very helpful, and the meals provided were top notch and catered well. Don't miss out on the rooftop restaurant!

The service I reserved at the hotel was great. So the employees were kind and helpful. Despite the shorts leaking a tad, the hotel made up for it with its many positive assets.

Whitin they stay of 4-5 days i got to stay there everything was fine. They helped me with my bags when i got there and when i was leaving. The receptionist gave some recommendations about the sights and food places around the area which were actually extremely good. They had good reliable WiFi connection which is great. Although I'm used to more choice the breakfast was delicious. The room was always clean and it had everything i could've wanted. All in all there wasn't a thing i would have wanted differently. I had a great stay.
