Great location in Florence. Walking distance to everything within 15 minutes. Staff very friendly, room and bathroom finished nice. USB ports for phone chargers. Good breakfast and champagne is free with desserts for happy hour at 6:30 every night. Great hotel. I would recommend and stay there again if I have the chance.

This hotel is amazing, and the customer service is unbeatable! I highly advise The Golden Hotel to anyone who is traveling in or to Florence. They definitely helped to make our trip memorable! If we come back to Florence, we will be staying at this beautiful hotel, no doubt.

A really lovely hotel in a great location close to the main sites. The room was quiet with comfortable beds and chairs and was kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. On my mother's birthday they brought up a complimentary bottle of prosecco! I would happily stay there again.
