Good location, nice barbut the dining room smelled horrible. Like something was rotting in there. Ants were crawling all over the fruit buffet table. I couldn't even eat there.

Overall nice hotel breakfast very good lots of fresh fruit and cakes and the chef makes fresh omelette to order. Lovely bar area at pool . disappointed with the room very dated towards rest of hotel.staff were friendly

Beautiful rooms, but terrible breakfast. The staff did not seem interested in replenishing used up food (they probably went through their food allowance at 8:00, for the reason above). This is a tour operator type hotel with bus loads of people coming in and leaving at the same time, so do not expect fast check-in or check-out. On that particular night, central heating unit was malfunctioning, so this was a very cold night. The window in the bathroom was only partially covered, for some obscure reason and I had to do a makeshift curtain with towels to enjoy a bit of privacy.

The hotel restaurant was great, it was a short walk to a park and the local downtown area. Careful being on the upper floor the elevators don't go the full height of the building so that is a little confusing.

It was ok. Staff nice and helpful. The part of the hotel we were in looked kinda old and worn out. Reminded us of a very old cruise ship.

I spent three fantastic days with my wife and my two children That was great!!!! We had a thermal swimming pool just for us for an hour. Then after lunch we had beauty treatments for me and my wife. The clerk is well trainedand you can feel it!

Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Not a criticism but run the water for a bit first and dont drink it.
