  Close to the main shopping are and a few places where you can sit outside for coffee. The hotel is good but has chincie curtains. Staff very helpful. Food is good.

  Il personale dell'hotel è estremamente cortese. La struttura è al centro di Montecatini ed è dotata di una spa piccola ma ben fornita: tiepidarium, bagno turco, percorso kneipp, vasca idromassaggio e due vasche all'ozono. In più tisaneria e piscina riscaldata all'aperto. La camera è giustamente spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita. L'unico appunto riguarda il parcheggio, ovvero uno sterrato a 500mt dall'hotel al costo di 5€ al giorno, e la mancanza di dotazione (se non a pagamento) per accedere alla spa.

  Our room was average, nothing much, WIFI connection was poor what was kinda annoying - in the lobby it was fine but below normal speed that I'm accustomed to. Bathroom was normal and clean. We were in room 223 and didn't have airconditioning, so when we left windows open at night it was a little loudy due of busy streets. Food was nothing special, if I'm quite honest I was hoping for some delicacies but there where any They didn't have boiled eggs for breakfast? To summarize I don't think they are worth 4 stars

  a week in the hotel, we had 2 different rooms for 4 pers.
  One room was completely ok with good light and air and a bit more modern but the other room was completely discarded, the window opened onto a path no balcony, everything was so old and sad :(
  the food was good, the staff was super talented and nice .. housekeeping was great
  always well treatment People who work there are very proffesional and nice.*Always :D
  
  3 points should be better/improved definitely:
  
  1. Information on the spa concept
  2. Information what you may drink at dinner (not free)
  3. Dinner time (1 hour) would catch the 4 course dinner + drink wine :(
  
  Otherwise everything was tiptop
  we give 8 of 10 to the whole concept.
