Amazing place to stay. Very clean and cozy. Close to both vatican and center of the city
Standard hotel with adequate customer service and good price! It's Well located as well.
Nice Hotel, especially for the price. Clean and comfortable room, literally within 5 minutes walk to the Vatican. Only criticism was the 10 euro a night charge for the remote to use the A/C
I have no idea why this place gets so many low ratings. I thought it was great. It's a perfect place for a quick trip to Rome. Price is great, staff was incredible, helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfy and there was air-conditioning. You will pay an extra €10 per night for it but it is clearly published on the website. There is also a €3 per person, per night city tax but that is common at all the hotels. It's a perfect location to take your visitors on a walking tour of the sights. Lots of restaurant choices and an easy jump off point to visit the Vatican. Take the Metro A line to Ottoviano from Termini and it's a quick, easy walk. Best off all, they will hold your luggage until check in on your first day and until you need them on your last day. We will definitely start there again when bringing friends to visit Rome.
The staff is friendly and there is cleaning. Not all the rooms has aircondition but it's general fine with nice beds. It's not anything special but it's okay! You get what you pay for. It's located a small walk from everything. So nice location 👍
Fine, no soap, service was fine
We had a simple room. But it was cleaned daily and near vatican city and city centre
Wow, a great location! It is a 2-star hotel, but the location is amazing and a great deal for the price ! The room walls are a bit thin so you can hear what's going on outside, but the guests were very quiet in our case. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again!
The hotel was a short walk from Ottaviano Metro station. Great position for the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The rooms were basic but clean, with an automatic shutter and windows to keep out heat and noise from the street. Service was brilliant, very friendly staff. There is a €10 air conditioning fee as well if you're there during the summer. Which seemed a bit much, but they do warn you on their website.
Very nice hotel, rooms were clean and good. Location was great! Two minor issues though. The WiFi took some effort to figure out - you need to manually set IP addresses in a range and to something that doesn't conflict what someone has used. The other issue is the a/c seemed a bit too weak for the room - I think they need bigger a/c given the room size. They room didn't get very cool with a/c fully on all the time.
