Very nice hotel, especially for the price! Our room was great with a large, very nice bathroom. Just a few minutes walking to San Marco Square. The breakfast was amazing! Close to countless restaurants and shopping, great waterfront view.

Good location close to most tourist destinations, not far from the arts district or opera theater either. Friendly helpful staff. Room had a great view.

I give it two stars because the location is fantastic. But other than that, the guy who checked us in was very rude. The room could barely fit the bed - I had to climb over my boyfriend ever night if I had to use the bathroom because the wall met the base of the bed. Also, we left the hotel to visit other parts of Italy, and at the end of the trip we returned to venice, but to another hotel that was closer to airport with a boat station that travels to the airport. We were near hotel paganelli to get one last look at San Marco Piazza etc, and I had to use the restroom pretty urgently. I figured since I had given this hotel money, they would have let me use the bathroom while I was in the area. But nope, they turned me away to go running around for a public bathroom that is very hard to find in Venice. Not pleased with the staff here, as the staff at my other Venetian hotel were lovely, sweet, and accommodating. The staff here just had a superiority complex.

Great location. Walked straight from the boat to the hotel. The room itself is bare. Fridge not stocked, no iron (unless requested), no coffee/tea maker, and one drawer for clothes. However, overall nice room

The staff was very friendly and the room has a great view. They have a great breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, sweet breads, and yoghurt.

Great location. Took a water taxi here (€60) well worth it! Everywhere is walkable once you get here. The front desk staff is great and the free breakfast is decent. Would definitely recommend staying here!
