Ho preparato sempre con booking in questa struttura per tre anni di seguito. Le prime due volte ero nella struttura principale, l'ultima volta mi hanno spedito nella seconda struttura che hanno acquistato di recente. Purtroppo avendo in mente la struttura principale questa è decisamente sotto gli standard vedi le foto. Hanno messo nelle camere gli scarti dell'altro albergo. Purtroppo su booking bisogna stare attenti perché le camere economy sono quelle di questa struttura che è sempre dell'hotel principale ma situato in un altro indirizzo. Dettaglio non del tutto onesto. Do due stelle per la posizione e colazione avrei apprezzato un po' più di precisione nel processo di prenotazione.

Perfect location. Right across water taxi station. Staff were very courteous, polite & professional. I did not feel an inch of discrimination. Our Room was in the attic, very romantic & clean & w/ free bottle of proseco. Our dinner package was absolutely delicious. A free ride to Murano demo was a surprise. I will stay here again f given d chance to visit Venice again. I will absolutely recommend this hotel.
