If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Fantastic Staff, great location with water taxi outside, near the arty side of venice. quiet area. Staff were so welcoming. I was sick on day 2 and the manager actually walked with me to the nearest pharmacy 10 minutes away. the food is superb and the wine is top class. def going back . CIAO

Seems a bit dated but seems to have been remodeled recently (I assume most hotels in the area are older). Rooms are clean and very spacious. At least with my room, the bath tub barely drained. If you have a room facing the courtyard, it can be a bit noisy. Wi-Fi is pretty flaky and slow, though that doesn't seem to be unique to this hotel.

Breakfast was pretty good - offers various pastries, fruit, cheese, eggs, coffee, etc.

Location is excellent and has really nice rooftop seating.

Right on the edge of the lagoon, 1 minute walk from Arsenale water taxi stop, clean, great breakfast, roof terrace with incredible views looking south.

Spent nine days here. Excellent staff, great food and drink. You get a discount if you are staying at the hotel. Convenient to Piazza San Marco. Our room was spacious even if the view wasn't great. Sunset from the solarium was a special treat each day.

Great location! Beautiful old hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would definitely book here again and recommend her to friends.
