  The hotel was located across from the main part of the city, but for its price and amenities it is totally worth it. The rooms were beautiful and have great views of the water and the city and is located in close proximity to the boat transport. Overall a great stay in Venice and plus the breakfast was delicious as well!

  LOVE this place. Fantastic views across the lagoon, especially at sunset. Lovely spacious suites. Fab restaurant - extensive breakfast and superb dinner menu. Staff are the best!

  Fabulous location, with views across the lagoon to St Marks that you can see from the terrace. Just 50 metres from Lido vaporetto terminal, three stops from St Marks. We prefer the Lido, because it's an oasis of calm and you can go to the beach, or have a cycle if you want.

  Great place to stay especially if you can stay in the suite. Area good for local restraunts and all reasonably priced. Great views of Venice.

  Emplacement et vue idéale face à Venise à 100m de la ligne directe n°1 qui remonte le grand canal. Hôtel de qualité, buffet de petit déjeuner suffisant, excellents cocktails le soir au coucher de soleil sur la terrasse. Si vous pouvez comme nous venir en période creuse et profiter de la suite 317 80€ pour 2 par nuit petit déjeuner compris avec vue sur la lagune, n'hésitez pas.
  Attention compter 3.60€ par jour et par personne pour la taxe de séjour.

  Just returned from one week stay at this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.Comfortable and spacious suite overlooking lagoon and St Marks.Close to waterbus station .This hotel is far superior to previous four star hotels that we have used in Venice and we look forward to returning
