Bugs in the bed and floor & No WiFi! Walking into the lobby you get greeted with a very bad smell of sewer and not a very nice staff. Only stayed one night but the beds were very hard and the room was very hot. When it came time for bed we found an ant in one of the beds and one on the floor. We decided to go walk outside in the cold to the lobby hoping to get a room change or money back but nothing! The receptionist was extremelyyyyyy rude and fought back with us! Only solution he had was to spray a pesticide in the room which meant we would have to bring all of our luggage down the stairs and wait outside for a half hour in the cold until the smell went away! The price for the room was way too much for what we got. They make the room like nice and big, the pictures are very deceiving. Would not recommend this place, save your money.

Great service. Nice looking rooms, they also let us store our bags for the day even after we checked out. The rooms did smell like mildew though.

This hotel is very close to the square which is convenient. That is what you are paying for. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was ok, and the WiFi was helpful. The rooms could use some loving though. My room had wallpaper that had masking tape holding it up, and the furniture was shabby for the price of the room. The bathroom was kinda small. I lucked out and had a room that was easy to get to, but it seemed like a maze getting to some of the other rooms. It is very noisy considering the location. I would consider staying away from the square if you want less crowds and noise near your hotel. If you need to use one, the hairdryer is not great.

Location is great. Right next to a lot of major landmarks and lots of nightlife right outside. Rooms are pretty good, the hotel is like something out of Harry Potter. You might have to go up stairs then downstairs then left then right etc to get to your room.. but it ads to the charm. Service is great. Included breakfast is fine as well.

Good location but you pay a high price for that. Small rooms.

Breakfast below average. You will only drink the coffee because you paid for it, but better to save that money and have breakfast outside. Bathroom flooded after shower since the shower doesn't have a step to prevent water stay in.

Loved this hotel. The rooms are a bit small but really cozy and ambient. The service is fantastic - concierge & breakfast team. Location is great it's just few steps away from the plaza where you can enjoy music.

I will never go back to this hotel again. The only good thing about this place is that, its located right at San Marco square. The staff is the worst thing in this hotel. They don't care about you. They don't know anything if you ask them a question. Me and my wife found the room to be hot and the receptionist asked us to open the windows.. Their AC didn't work. They don't have internet in their rooms. The staff was unfriendly and could not even help us in terms of advice on various places when we asked him questions, so much so that he couldn't even give us a map of Venice we asked him for one.
