Very central. 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Room was clean and spacious if a bit dated and strangely laid out (there were two single beds in addition to our double bed in our double room). Rooms onto the street can be quite noisy. Staff were very friendly. Good base for seeing Florence if you just need somewhere to sleep but look elsewhere if you want luxury.

RUDE!!!! The only way to describe this place is rude and unhelpful. Just couldn't get over how disinterested and dismissive the man at reception was. Would not recommend to stay here!!!

Close to the train station and to the centre. Very nice and friendly team.
Our room was in basement we did not face lot of noise. Although we were three adults, the room space was just right.

Great hotel close to all the sights. Our room had two twin beds pushed together, was comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated and spacious. Also got a great deal including the free breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

VEry near to the city centre, clean and big rooms with high ceiling. If you have a big luggage, good luck with the stairs.

The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the Firenze station. The room was big (4 beds), and the bathroom was nice and clean too. The beds were made every day and coming from US, this was a nice surprise. Our clothes lying on the bed were also folded! The breakfast was decent for being free.

The hotel is in the Hotel Centrale, that is, at an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the Florence Cathedral. The rooms are standard size, but high ceiling, giving an airy open feeling. The rooms and the hotel general area are kept clean and tidy. The staff is also very helpful and patient with tourists. Breakfast is alright. Only downside is that there's no elevator, so get a room in the first floor.

Great price and location. The room was small and the walls were thin, but it was inexpensive and private! The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good.The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it beats hostels on privacy, free breakfast, and flexibility. I stored my luggage and explored the city after checking out. I would stay here again!
