We stayed for just one night and had a wonderful time. Easy to get to but off the beaten track so very quiet. The proprietors Cinzia and Michel were very helpful. Breakfast was a nice, manageable selection of cheeses, breads, fruit and yogurt. Michel prepared eggs to order. I would definitely stay there again.

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Excelente a todos los niveles. En realidad no tienes la sensación de estar en un hotel, es más bien como si estuvieras en casa de unos amigos de toda la vida. La decoración es excepcional, promoviendo un ambiente intimo y tranquilo que trasmite paz y sosiego en todo momento. ¡Y qué decir del trato por parte de Michel y Cinzia: sencillamente increible! Se desviven en todo momento por las personas que se hospedan en la Residenza. Como anfitriones preocupados porque a sus invitados no les falte de nada. Y la verdad es que consiguen hacer de la estancia en el hotel uno de los momentos más especiales del viaje, y eso, tratándose de una ciudad como Florencia, es decir mucho. En definitiva, un hotel que recomiendo encarecidamente y al cual espero volver en un futuro no muy lejano. Arrivederci amici.

It was best service and experience I've had. If you want to stay in florence, you have to stay in 1865.
That is located by center city, so you can get every tourist attraction in 10~20 minutes by walking. Further more you can get a fantastic service by Michel and Cinzia who are very kind and beautiful people.
