We had the best experience during our stay here. Such friendly and helpfull staff. They showed us on a map where to eat what to see etc. The best sandwiches in town recommendation was spot on. The other restaurants that was recommended was also lovely and very well priced. Well located and comfortable stay. Nice breakfast was imcluded in our stay. They also offered to keep our bags until we need to take the train so we did not carry it around all day. Really recommend the city and Hotel for anyone thinking of visiting Florence.

Terrible experience. Toilets were extremely cramped thus when i sat down on the toilet bowl, there was little leg room. Sheets and towels werent changed often as well. The worst part was there was no lift thus we had to drag ourselves up 5 storeys after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Comfy rooms and friendly staff. The owner gave us a free upgrade and helped book a driver for our next destination. Normally you would need to give your own credit card as collateral for the driver but the owner gave his own instead and he said it's because I'm his guest and that's how you take care of guests. Says a lot about him and how he runs the place.

It was a terrible experience. Very small room, nothing to do with the pictures shown on website, dirty, old furniture, bed springs coming out from mattresse, the sink is in the room very close to bed, staff very rude. The manager, Armando, totally incompetent and very impolite. The price is very, very high for what it offers, there is no internal Regulation to read out for guests. There are a lot of much better alternatives. My recommendation, without any overstatement, is to stay away from this hotel!
