The rooms with own bathroom and AC are completely fine, the location is great and the stuff are helpful. However, the rooms without bathroom and AC may be explicitly inconvenient in the hot nights of Florence during summer.

Friendly staff.Clean rooms.Fan in room plus balcony.Would not ask for more.Shower in room.Shared toilet, no problem.pleased I found this small hotel.Enough for our travelling needs.

Nice hotel but very old. There is no aircon for a hot summer just ceiling fan. It did only cost €40 a night though so you get what you pay for.

Not good. They keep this hostel freezing cold all day and all night; had to sleep under multiple blankets, and yea it totally feels like a 1 star hostel. Rude staff too, the guy was dismissive when i told him it was way too cold and he told me I had to dress in layers while in the hostel, ridiculous. No TV in room and no feeling of privacy either, the reception (and the people) were right outside my door. Would recommend you spend a little more and stay somewhere decent.

Un po' distante dal centro e dalla stazione se ci si muove a piedi. Belle camere ordinate e pulite, bagni nuovissimi e ben attrezzati. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sono 4 camere posizionate al 4 piano di un palazzo antico in centro a Firenze. Bagno in comune, forte odore di moquette, di certo un hotel di lusso, ma per 30€ q notte in due direi che non ci si deve lamentare, ho incontrato però in passato ostelli che per lo stesso prezzo offrivano un servizio migliore. Comunque qualità -prezzo rispettata!

Best budget stay you can get in Florence. Great location. Room is relatively clean. The first night, no hot water. After our complaint, it was fixed right away. They share staff with a hostel right across the street. That's where you check in and out. The girl there is quite nice and friendly and cute
