Perfect place to stay for three nights in Florence. Walking distance to all main tourist highlights, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Has a roof terrace with brilliant views back over Florence. Perfect to enjoy a beer and catch up after lots of walking.

Great location and attendees were incredibly kind and helpful. Only issue was with breakfast, which was very rushed and would be put away while we were still eating. That's inappropriate any way you spin it.

Great hotel. Great location. Large modern rooms with all mod cons. Our room was facing a private court yard, and was very quiet. So convenient for all the usual tourist traps in Florence. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with nice views. The only minor was having to climb a lot of stairs to reception (97 to be precise) although there is a very small lift (2 persons max.). We enjoyed our stay and if we return to Florence we will stay here again.

A nice hotel witn an amazing rooftop bar restaurant. There are a lot of stairs and our bathroom was really small but other than that it's a nice place to stay and is 2 mins from Ponte Vecchio.

Fine hotel in an excellent location close to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. Friendly, welcoming staff. Large airy rooms and good facilities. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Quiet location despite its proximity to all the sights. Good range of wine bars, restaurants, shops and attractions within easy walking distance. I would recommend the Hotel Scaletta to everyone.

Nice location. View from terrace is amazing. Rooms are different from what I had booked. Instead of courtyard facing room, we got noisy room facing the street. Also, there is a general stench inside the hotel common areas, rooms and bathroom. We have arrived recently so can't give too detailed comments, but will wait till the end of stay and update the feedback if required.
