Spent 4 days and nights here earlier this month. The staff is outstanding, very helpful and prompt with any requirements. Restaurant is very good, rooms are spacious with nice views from the balcony. Bathrooms are very large. My only point of contention would be the bathtubs, they use the small half door style barrier for the shower so what happens is the water leaks from the door all over the floor, not a big deal because the hotel supplies a number of towels.

Great location for restaurants and just going for a stroll. Parking is provided by a separate company next door, a phone call away. Will definitely stay at again the next time I am in Naples!

Must mention this as well and I wish I would have taken pictures but the laundry service is outstanding! I had the hotel wash a T-Shirt and a pair of jeans and they came back almost gift wrapped in a nice little box. Bravo ladies and gentlemen.

Nice, clean, very good location
The room was very specious, bathroom is clean and spacious .
Things that I did not like: there was no iron and no option to borrow one. It will cost you 5 Euro to iron one piece of clothes.
The fridge does not freeze things well
Staff don't smile often so when you ask for something I feel as if I am begging But they will respond to you and help you It is just their facial expressions..

My family stayed at this wonderful hotel in April 2017. It provides a peaceful background to a honeymoon or a magnificent setting for diplomats and international business people alike. The breakfast in in the roof garden was stunning with great views of Capri and Vesuvius. The hotel is far enough from the exotic noises of central Naples and is a short taxi ride away from the trains and planes. The only mishap was a slab of marble casing around the bathtub fell on my leg. The hotel offered to change our room while apologizing vigorously. I would definitely recommend this elegant hotel.

Breakfast is fantastic and service is 10/10. The only problem for the price is that it doesn't include parking.

We had a great visit. Employees not real strong with English so it took 2 days to get the heater situation in room figured out but the hotel is in the best location. It's a hotel that had class at one point and you can feel the history of people that has been through this hotel. Would love to come back some day

Love this hotel. The location is superb and the views will knock your socks off. Make sure to get a room with a view of the bay. The breakfast is very extensive and tasty. Great staff at the front desk. HUGE rooms even for American standards with all the amenities you might need.
