Visited here about a year ago with my Italian partner. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. It is literally close to the center of the city. I was able to walk to the Duomo in 3m by walk. I felt the hotel was like my home because of the owner of the hotel. She was like my mother even though we spoke different languages. I would love to be back to this hotel in my next Italy trip.

Great location! Good customer service.
Lots of stairsabout 75!
There's a single bathroom for all guests, which has a shower in it.
It was inconvient for me but if you don't mind sharing a bathroom you should be ok.
The room is small with a nice small shower.
Theres a blow dryer available in the room.
Wi-Fi is available but I had to go to the hallway to get the best service for Wi-Fi calls and web surfing.
The room and bathroom are clean.
You sometimes need to search for the lady running the place but she is nice and helpful. She allows you to leave your bags after checking out. Just get back early because the downstairs door gets locked.
The location is OUTSTANDING! It's close to the galleries, the duomo, the train station. Just a perfect location.
Aside from the walk up the stairs and the shares restroom, the place is Great!

Too many steps!!! No elevator. Room is average. Shared toilet is a minus. Shower in room a plus. Great location!!! Only 5 min walk to train station and 5 min walk to downtown.

Ottima posizione in città. Raggiungibile facilmente dalla Stazione Ferroviaria. Gestione essenziale, scelta consigliata per un passaggio veloce

Шикарный отель в самом центре города, справа из окна номера виднелся баптисторий, слева - Санта Мария Новелла. В номере холодильник, душ, фен, кровать огромная + диван, раковина, зеркало, чайник, чай, сахар, чашечки, ложечки, полотенца, телевизор. Приняли шикарно.

Perfect location, on the third floor of a historical building about 200 m away from the Duomo and the river in the historical part of the city. The host is a wonderful lady. Since it's so centrally located I was quite comfortable walking even later in the night. Stayed here as a solo traveller in the single room.
The room is much nicer than it looks in pictures. There is a shower and washbasin inside the room, The shared toilet isn't much of a problem and was neat and clean. There is an electric kettle and tea in the room and a coffee machine right outside. The only downside is the thin walls. If you have neighbours and they decide to take a shower at night when it's quiet, it might keep you up. Also note that there is no elevator. If you have luggage you need to carry it up the stairs.response / report this review -

Wowza! Beautiful old building, in the absolute perfect location, with the Duomo right outside our window. The host was lovely too. Rooms very clean and decorated really well. We could not have picked a better, more local and central place. Highly recommend. We didn't have good wifi reception in our room, but outside the room was great and most restaurants offer wifi too anyway.
