The junior suite couldn't be more prettier! I chose this suite for my mother's birthday, and they got us a home made cake, it's so sweet. And the terrace got one of the best view for Florence. Staffs are kind and helpful. Just perfect.

This hotel is nothing short of remarkable. It's beauty and grace are only surpassed by the amazing city in which it finds itself. The rooms are giant, breakfast luxurious, and a rooftop bar/deck that is stunning. This hotel is not for everyone, if you're looking for the Ritz, it is not. However as a small boutique hotel you cannot go wrong, in fact you may not be able to do better.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. We could not have asked for a better hotel and stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Florence.

Staff here are ridiculously helpful and speak perfect English. At your beck and call no matter the time. The rooms have immense character and is ideally situated too. Amazing gelato place around the corner and also Cucilia which is a lovely restaurant with very good vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

My favorite hotel ive ever stayed at. As intimate and cool as it gets. Only about 10 suites and there is a private rooftop bar with insane views and a personal bartender for you and the other guests. Truly a 5 star experience

A former palace of nobility has been carefully transformed into this hotel. We were impressed with the warm and professional service by all staff. The front desk helped us plan all our tours and dinner reservations and were a wealth of information. Breakfast was the highlight of our day in the grand dining room. It felt as if we were

Staff was wonderful. Help my family obtain tickets to local areas. The room was huge and fun. Rooftop drinks and view are the best. We enjoy the formal-style breakfast. Thank you again. Friends in USA

This was our favorite stay on our tour of Italy. The staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms were tasteful, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I've already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to Italy in the fall.

Hands down an amazing place, it's gorgeous, the rooms are beyond spacious and well appointed. We feel so fortunate that we were able to get a room here. The staff were wonderful, great location. We had a wonderful stay, one of our favorite hotels over many visits to Europe. Will most certainly book here on our next visit to Florence. Don't hesitate to book here, you will be absolutely delighted!
