  Such a nice and cozy place, feels like a second home as they try to be! Great value for money. Just take bus nr 31 to city center for 10 minutes!

  Location is excellent far enough out the centre of Florence to be quiet close enough to be able to visit everything. The rooms are lovely with a nice homely feel. Staff are brilliant very helpful and accommodating. Local services are also good with restraint shops and ice cream places as well as bus links on doorstep.

  Very pleasant and attentive staff. Lovely area. Easy access to bus services. Delicious breakfast served daily. Lovely tea room serving tea and brandies. One room only has view of park.

  What a great find in Florence away from the maddening crowds, this little oasis, clean, friendly and very thoughtful. Monica the owner, helped in every detail of planning, bus lines, restaurants, sights, etc. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well. You will enjoy this very much.
