Location is really good and parking area also near by But breakfast doesn't have anything and room interiors are not so bright and lit up as in the photos

Lovely old hotel, and very close to the Duomo and railway stations. My family of four were in one room. No safe to store your valuables and we were robbed on our last night. Someone broke into our room, probably using the room key you need to leave with the concierge when you go out . Three mobile phones, a Nintendo Switch and wallet were taken while we went out for dinner. Staff were helpful, and called the police. We had to make a statement at the police station which meant a 30 min walk close to midnight. Staff did not offer to call or help with paying for a taxi. We were not the only people robbed that evening. Next morning, as we were leaving for Venice, hotel management waived our city tax which was really appreciated.

Friendly & helpful staff. Room was small, good for single person. Clean & comfortable. Bathroom is tiny. The best part is the close proximity to the Train station, an easy walk with luggage.

Hotel has a nice vibe but it could probably use updating. The bed was nice and big, and quite comfy, but the big wardrobe and other furniture meant moving around the room was a touch awkward. There is a low doorway to the toilet that was a bit dangerous at night in the dark for anyone over 5 foot 10, While the towel rack was so high I struggled to put my towel up. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning staff were thorough. Breakfast was quite basic, I'd be happier eating elsewhere, as there was very little for the weight conscious to eat in the morning.

Exactly what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff very friendly. Walkable from the train station even with bags. Best air conditioner in Italy. No view from our room but there is a nice view from the 5th floor lounge.

Pretty good rooms in a very good price. Nice breakfast, we were really satisfied. The staff is very good as well. The hotel is really close to all the landmarks and places you want to visit. 4 stars only for not having a good view.

The hotel was very basic. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning didn't really work, and with it being 36 Celsius in Florence during our stay, we needed it. Room was small but clean.
