Nice hotel for the price. Room was tiny. Breakfast wasn't great, coffee was awful.

Located at Lido, across there is a big Super Market and also some store. Break Fast of the Hotel lot of Option with very affordable price. Good Wifi, Friendly Service, Hot Water, clean Hotel.

My wife and 2 teenage girls stayed here, while visiting Venice, nice atmosphere, people friendly, breakfast good. Rooms fairly small, but good bathroom & shower. Aircon was good too 👍😎

This is an excellent hotel, for an excellent price on Expedia. Rooms are big, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast is American style with eggs, bacon, and sausage. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was a ticket I asked them to print was done incorrectly, but it was quickly fixed once I noticed.

Very good hotel in a nice place, near the beach and the "imbarcadero", where you can take the bus-boat. Nice the room too and amazing breakfast ( with also pancakes !). To sum up a good hotel even if there had been some disguise.

Pleasant stay in economy double, staff friendly and good value for money. Refused to turn A/C on due to season which wasn't ideal. Location is fantastic between beach and waterbus route direct to San Marco, room was tidied well everyday and ensuite shower room was spacious and tidy.

Stayed here this week and found the place very comfortable with a certain "old world" charm. This is really an excellent find as the Lido is off the tourist trail this time of year and there are some superb and inexpensive restaurants just over the road. It is also cheaper and much more fun to take the water Taxi to St Marks and they run regularly close to the Boulevard.

Excellent location close to ferry. Easy to get across to main part of venice and all the attractions. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We had a good size room that was better than we expected. Bar closed exceptionally early though.
