Wild camping feel as pitches are neatly segregated by trees and roots. Views are stunning once you look through the trees or go to one of the higher up pitches. A few toilet blocks meaning you don't have to walk far which was handy. Some toilet blocks are better than others. The central ones by pitch 8 or 9 seemed to be the best. Facilities were simple but clean and had hot water for no extra charge. The usual seat-less toilets we'd come to expect in Italy and no paper or soap provided. Showers were hot and there was space to change and leave your stuff separate to the shower. The pool was clean and fairly quiet even though were we there in high season.
The highlight was that we enjoyed a fantastically warm welcome from the daughter of the owner who spoke excellent English. We stayed here a couple of nights and found it to be a really relaxing, scenic area. We road tripped round Italy and Italian campsites for 3 weeks and this was by far one of the friendliest. Fantastic, family-owned campsite.
If you're after a quiet, rural campsite with outstanding views of the Tuscan countryside, Camping Village San Giusto is the place to head for. Set on a hillside overlooking the Arno Valley, this place is about as picturesque as you could wish for, complete with spacious camp sites for tents and trailers.
Food in the onsite restaurant is cooked by the site owner, and it's some of the best down-home Italian food I've had in years. If you end up staying here, be sure to have at least one meal at the site itself.
About the only thing which made my stay less than perfect, were the WC/Shower facilities, which are in dire need of an overhaul, and cleaned infrequently. Hopefully this will be taken care of by 2017.response / report this review -

The best accomodation to discover Montalbano area, the Medici's villas and the Leonardo da Vinci's birthplace.
Is perfect to start a bike tour on the hills to have fun on perfect trails or to discover the quiet and charme of the renaissance villas.
With our bikes and guides this will be easy and funny.
