Location of the hotel is great, but the hotel needs a revamp. Wifi didn't work well (if at all). Breakfast was really poor, some of the fruit that was put out for breakfast was mouldy and the coffee tasted foul. Our bathroom smelt like sewage backup so we kept the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door closed as well. One of the bathroom sinks did not drain. Really noisy hotel, almost like it is not well insulated? Could hear the guests above us going to the washroom and water flowing through the plumbing in the walls. Talking to staff at the front desk was unpleasant, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. On the positive, our room view was stunning.

Top hotel
Super clean and fabulous.
The staff is very very kind and helpful.
The breakfast is so wonderful and full of delicious food to enjoy.
The hotel is in good position to arrive to the centre by foot and offers a wonderful view.

Breakfast needed some meat and protein. Bed was stiffer than George Washington's wooden tooth. No ice machine for my drinks. And most importantly the WiFi kept going in and out.

People stationed at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, as well as always available. The room was clean and well kept and smelled nice. The shower was a bit small for me, but I am a bigger person so that is not unusual.

Lovely hotel with a central location to the piazzetta, shops & the funicular to Marina Grande. The Manager of the hotel gave us an upgraded room upon arrival with a complimentary drink. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
The breakfast was adequate and didn't go hungry. The Garden Capri Snack Bar which was just over the road from the hotel was excellent with cheerful, friendly hard working staff & perfect for a relaxing drink & food.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again(maybe Sept 2016).response / report this review
