Dear Sir or Madam: 18 November 2017 [18+ hour] went to the bar and requested ice, the individual brought two, one quarter cup of ice, I asked for more ice . That individual went back to get more ice, angry ,cursing ,used profane and obscene language. Then went to the front desk,{ I followed him} complaining ,the clerk calm him down. I asked was what the problem, the clerk reply "there were not a problem ".
Next day,19 November 2017 [18+ HOUR], went to the front desk, the same clerk of the night before was there, asked for ice,and expressed that I did not want to be subjected to the same situation [cursing, profane and obscene language ] he phone the individual, the same guy of the night before. I told the clerk that I wanted to speak to the manager to express dissatisfaction and annoyance about the event., the clerk told me that it was not need to do that for the individual already has apologize and expressed regret for his behavior ,I insisted to see the manager,my request was ignored .
Room was clean and comfortable, however, no water was provided apart from what was in the mini bar (which was a bit pricey). Luckily, it's very close to central station and lots of shops so very convenient. The rooms don't seem to have much sound proofing as although outside noise is not a concern, you can hear a lot from the hallway which can be quite noisy at times.
Receptionist on arrival rather curt. I checked in early 12.30 and knew there was a possibility the room would not be ready but was astounded to hear that I could check in to another room that was ready if I paid 20 euros for early check in! I waited for a room and got one about 1.30 but having contacted the hotel prior to booking and asking if there were kettles in the rooms and given a positive answer I found my Superior room did not have a kettle. I returned to reception to complain but was told there were kettles only in Executive rooms. After considerable discussion with the receptionist (a different one and actually quite helpful) I decided to up grade to Executive but would not pay the 40 euro per night (4 night stay) and offered 20 euros which was accepted.
I have stayed in Starhotels Bologna twice and could not fault it which is why I choose the Terminus for my stay in Naples but I was disappointed.
Great location if you plan to use the train and metro often! The bus from the airport drops you right across the hotel. Super convenient location. The area is a little sketchy during night time and its littered with touristy restaurants. Its about 30-40 minute walk to main attractions in Naples but with the metro literally steps away, it works! Rooms are clean, spacious but without iron. A little loud if you face the street but otherwise a lovely charming hotel. For the price and location it was a good choice.
Very enjoyable. Nice amenities including breakfast buffet and pillow menu. Nice room, very comfortable bed. High speed WiFi 6€ per day on 3 devices. Nice balcony. Just steps from train station and Metro.
Convenient location. Good hotel if expectations are set to moderate mid level and not luxury. Rooms can be noisy with traffic and the zealous use of car horns in Naples. It does quiet down by late night though. Front desk service was rather curt.
Very clean and spacius, gorgeous bathrooms, soft beds, and conveniently located by the train station and bus stops in the heart of downtown Naples.
The only problem with the hotel was the noise of the traffic. Otherwise I loved it
I had a really good time in this hotel. I stood for 2 nights and visited west Naples, Visuvio volcano and other nearby places. I loved how this hotel is so central, it's a bliss to be near the train station. The only thing I advice is to stay away from the local wine served in glass in the bar, it's terrible.
Great location. Cars beeping outside is a bit loud and constant but didn't bother me too much. Could have more dairy free options at breakfast.
