The hotel was charming and the staff was so accomodating. We had to check out at 6am, and the front desk was open and they had an on-the-go breakfast prepared for us. The hotel has a picturesque garden and breakfast area.They grow citrus fruits on the premises and serve them at breakfast. The breakfast spread was the best I've seen and was included with our stay! The room we stayed in was gorgeous with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The bathroom was clean and had a large bathtub. The hotel itself is centrally located in Sorrento and was quick walking distance to everything. Although the hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle, it's conviently 5 min from the train station, which can connect you to Napoli Centralle or you can take a bus from there to the airport. I really enjoyed my stay there, and would highly recommend it to anyone! We're definitely coming back again.

We only had four nights in Sorrento, but Antiche Mura made each one wonderful. The staff were all extremely helpful, competent, and friendly. Our balcony room was excellent, and the included breakfasts were great. The maitre d', Mario was especially well suited for his job, and made each breakfast a pampered treat. The hotel was close to everything in old town Sorrento. The hotel provided car pickup and return to the Naples train station was a bargain at 99€ for my wife and I and our five suitcases and wheelchair.

This hotel off the main square was great. It is close by everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby smells like grapes. A/C worked great. Clean, quite, cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you are staying in Sorrento this should be at the top of your list of places to stay. Ciao.

First class, old European style hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything in historic center of Sorrento. Very good buffet breakfast. Upgraded amenities. Rooms are small - many with no views. Only one small elevator in hotel.

This hotel is incredible! It is a block from Sorrento's main plaza, and a 4 min walk to train station. The location is unbeatable. It's right next to some history too (an old mill in a ravine). Granted this is our first stop in Italy, this is the best hotel breakfast food we have ever had! The front desk is very helpful to answer questions before we head out for a day's adventure. The rooms are clean too!

We got got married in Sorrento over six years ago. The hotel also has villas in which you can use as a wedding venue, on our first visit a few months before our wedding in which was to be in late October we meet with the Manager/ Owner to discuss our wedding plans, he help us with every aspect of our future wedding, from the big things like the registration to the small Things in transporting our guest fir then ceremony to the villa , all was taken care of When we returned the week of the wedding he had their car pick us up airport and take to the hotel. The day if the wedding went with out a hitch, the villa was on the cliffs of Sorrento with the top table facing out to the see, 2 huge cruise ships just happen to park out of the coast which just added to the stunning view we already had, food was beautiful with over sixty guests been without any complaints.
As it was a residential area we had to move the wedding party back into Sorrento at 12 o'clock, being Irish this is not something that happens at home but we had a blast walking up the street with the Italians waving and beeping horns to congratulate us, the party carried on in an Irish pub until the sun came up again.
Our guests are already asking about our 10 year anniversary in the hope we will renew our vows.
In all the hotel was 5 star and the staff were the friendliest we have experienced before and since nothing was a problem for them, we will be returning in the future the only thing is we will be swapping the bridal suite for a family room this time.👩👧👦👨👦👦response / report this review -

It is only two short blocks from a major piazza in Sorrento. The interior is elegant, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is excellent and has many choices. The setting is lovely.
