It seems to be well located but just arrived for a 3 night stay. Room is spacious and well presented but problems with bathroom which haven't been resolved yet- leaking sink, disappearing toilet seat.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms and linen es clean daily. The breakfast good and fresh. The location very central in the old part of the city. All made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Very hot for $329 - two things tourists want - air conditioning & able to sleep after 15 hrs walking. You have to call reception for ANY air conditioning at all - was hotter inside than out.was very angry after arriving from Rome to find very very hot & having to call for a/c we will enjoy anyway. Dissatisfied should have booked @ hotel w/air you control. Was so HOT all the time in the room & staff stated do not touch air conditioning. Room never cooler than 90 degrees. Nice eh, show around room & if you're not use to it intimidating yet very interesting area.

See some location Great rooms and staff. Dont be put off by first impressions of the Historical region its wonderful.

The location is not pleasant. Walking difficult. You either fall on the cobblestones or are run down by the cars as you must walk right in the street. No decent restaurants nearby to which elderly folks can walk. Tv does not work. Called twice for repair without anyone coming.

Location is very fun and central, but not the quietest. The hotel itself is quiet, but the street and city are noisy, especially on weekends. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good, but there were a few spots in the room needing refurbishing--shower head that wouldn't stay up, hair dryer that died.

Nice hotel in the center of old town. Typical breakfast for Italy. Rooms are nice and simple. Decent beds. Staff is very friendly.

Very charming, excellent staff! It's ahistoric building in the ancient center of Naples. The neighborhood looked sketchhy at first but is really quite safe. Only a few blocs from some excellent pedestrian streets. The beakfast room was beautiful and a great way tobstart the day.

Great location to tourist spots and food. Away from extreme traffic noise. Great rooms. Great interior. Great toilet and bidet. Great free breakfast. Plenty of towels. Great staff. Air conditioning must be set through reception.
